Terms of use

Private alpha access is by invite only. You must be able to install the Windows client and follow testing guidelines.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and any access links you receive.

Subscriptions and service access are currently supported only for users in Canada and the United States.

A valid credit card is required to start a subscription. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

Subscription pricing and availability may change as the product evolves.

Do not use Game Companion to violate game terms, abuse online services, or automate cheating. We can revoke access at any time.

Respect Discord community rules and provide constructive feedback when reporting issues.

You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the service or any alpha builds.

The service is provided "as is" during the alpha and may be unavailable, unstable, or feature-incomplete.

We may update, remove, or change features without notice while the product evolves.

Game Companion, its branding, and all related software are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service as provided.

Your feedback and suggestions may be used to improve the product without compensation.

The service may connect to third-party providers (for example, AI model providers and speech services). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms.

We route requests through our backend and share a pseudonymous identifier (your Supabase user ID). We do not share your email address with providers unless you include it in your inputs.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if the alpha program ends. You may stop using the service at any time.

The service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Game Companion operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance.
